Our mission is to invest in the livelihood and long-term career success of young people by ensuring equitable access to high-quality professional and personal development, paid internships, and comprehensive support systems. We partner with schools, employers, and community organizations to create meaningful career pathways that equip youth especially those facing academic, social, or economic barriers with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience they need to flourish.

​Concrete LYFE helps youth flourish by offering​
LYFE Academy: Through a customized curriculum called Make LYFE Happen, we deliver career readiness training, personal development workshops, and skill-building opportunities that empower young people to succeed in school, in the workplace, and beyond. We provide learning experiences outside the traditional classroom, meeting students where they are and preparing them for where they want to go.
Xposure is LYFE: Co-founded in partnership with Sport Xposure, we give students real-world, hands-on career exploration through high-quality, paid internships across diverse industries. Students gain practical experience, build professional networks, and receive mentorship from industry leaders. This program helps youth discover their passions, clarify career goals, and step confidently into their futures.

Heart LYFE: We provide the protective factors young people need to feel supported, grounded, and inspired. Through behavioral health supports, wellness activities, travel experiences, and exposure to new opportunities, we help youth see the possibilities life has to offer and learn to value themselves within it.
Neighborhood LYFE: We strengthen the communities where our youth live, learn, and grow. We support community initiatives and fill gaps that fall outside traditional programming, investing in the overall environment surrounding young people. By building community capacity, we help create safer, healthier, and more vibrant spaces for youth to flourish.
Concrete LYFE empowers communities by providing free, evidence-based programs that promote financial independence, strengthen behavioral health, and invest in lives through community support. We deliver these programs through our Youth First Framework, Youth Advisory Board, and our LYFE Impact Evaluation to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous quality improvement.
