Provides organizational leadership and oversees the vision, strategy, and direction of Concrete LYFE.

Alex Buonfiglio | Director

Major Gift Officer at Merrimack College

Supports development and fundraising efforts.

Alicia Smith | Clerk

Director of Employer Engagement at JVS Boston.

Provides program guidance and expertise.

Miriam Alves | Treasurer

International Tax Consultant, Deloitte Tax LLP

Supports financial management, audits, and Form 990 filings.

Jariana Olukoga | Director

Mental Health Clinician, Italian Home for Children

Supports administration and organizational operations.

Youth Advisory Board

Young people have a seat at the table.

Concrete LYFE’s Youth Advisory Board includes six youth members who help shape the organization’s direction, provide feedback, and keep our work connected to the experiences and aspirations of the young people we serve.

The Youth Advisory Board also helps hold leadership accountable to the mission and values of Concrete LYFE. As funding allows, Concrete LYFE plans to compensate youth for their leadership and recognize the value of their voice and contributions.
